2.   Enter your WebCT ID and Password in the Dialog box that comes up.

• Your WebCT ID is the first character of your first name + the first seven characters of your last name + the last four digits of your student ID number, all in lower case.  Note: WebCT is case sensitive.
  
• Your password is your birth date in mmddyy format. We encourage you to change your password once you are on your myWebCT page. (To change your password, click on the "Password Settings" button on your myWebCT page.)

  Example:  Students name: Art Vandelay
                  Student ID: 1234567
                  Birthdate: December 2, 1984
                  WebCT ID would be avandela4567
                  Password would be 120284

  If you have any non-alphabetical characters in your last name, such as a period (.) or a
  hyphen (-), include them when counting the seven characters but exclude them from your WebCT ID.  

  Example:  Students name: Elaine Smith-Jones
                  Student ID: 234567
                  WebCT ID would be esmithj4567

  Also, if your last name is shorter than seven characters, then use your full last name when calculating your WebCT ID.

  Example:  Students name: David Smith
                  Student ID: 1234567
                  WebCT ID would be dsmith4567
